Any position(s) taken by a committee must be the result of a meeting of that committee, with a vote taken on each recommendation. (3). Any recommendations must be in writing (7 copies, please), and should contain the committee’s numerical vote result on each recommendation. (4). At each committee’s discretion, their recommendations can deal with any provision in the Acting County Manager’s base budget proposal AND/OR the “Tier Two” list of alternative/additional budget changes that might be contained in the proposed budget.
